What is the
Waltham Forest Community Credit Union?
The WFCCU is owned by you and run for you.
We're a kind of financial cooperative, run mostly by
volunteers, where people either save their
money and get a dividend back once a year, or borrow
money when they need to at very low rates of interest, or both.
Like any financial institution, we're covered by the Financial Services
Compensation Scheme so all your money is completely secure. And we even
give free life assurance on your savings which
are doubled in the event of your death, and pay off any loan you might have
outstanding.
So if you can show that you live, work, study or worship in the London Borough
of Waltham Forest, then you can be part of the WFCCU.
